Raphaël Barile is an associate at Bonnard Lawson in Lausanne, where he works with Yves Bonnard and Stéphane Lagonico in the Private Client department, and with Cyrille Piguet in the Litigation department. He advises Swiss and international clients on all aspects of wealth and estate planning (trusts, foundations and other planning measures), as well as in corporate and banking law. He also assists clients in relocating their residence and obtaining residence permits.

Raphaël Barile negotiates and drafts all kinds of contracts with Swiss and international components, and is also skilled in consumer law, in particular regarding general terms and conditions.

Raphaël Barile also deals with civil litigation in the fields of contract law, inheritance law and debt collection and bankruptcy law.

Before joining Bonnard Lawson, Raphaël Barile practiced as an attorney in the banking & finance department of a large Geneva law firm, where he also completed his legal traineeship.
