Sports Arbitration – Bonnard Lawson International Law Firm has successfully defended a football case before the Court of Arbitration for Sport

Bonnard Lawson International Law Firm successfully represented Mr Saman Ghoddos before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in the dispute between Mr Ghoddos & Östersunds FK v. SD Huesca & FIFA. While maintaining the sporting sanctions (already served), the CAS set aside the FIFA DRC’s order against Mr Ghoddos & Östersunds FK to pay a compensation of EUR 4 million to SD Huesca.
