Tala Massoud is an accomplished Paralegal with a strong track record of supporting legal teams across Corporate M&A, Litigation, Arbitration, and Data Protection matters. In her current role, she is actively involved in drafting and reviewing Share Purchase, Agreements , Letters of Engagement, and commercial contracts, as well as assisting with company incorporations, shareholder transfers, and the transfer of company foundations. Tala has played a key role in arbitration proceedings, including preparing requests for arbitration, compiling evidence folders, and organising hearing bundles.

She also contributes to real estate matters by drafting legal notices related to lease terminations and supports dispute resolution cases by preparing notices in contentious matters. In the field of data protection, Tala remains consistently up to date with evolving legislation in the UAE, the EU, and the UK through regular review of the latest legal developments and publications. Her legal research further extends across the GCC region, where she monitors and analyses recent laws and regulatory developments. With a multidisciplinary background and a commitment to detail and accuracy, Tala provides reliable and effective support across a wide range of legal matters. She is currently studying for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
