The activity of Mr Rossi primarily focuses on advising companies, investors, banks, and creditors, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, governance, and financial markets.

In addition, Mr Rossi advises his clients in Europe and the Middle East on areas such as venture capital, private equity, buy-outs and corporate financing (MBOs, LBOs), as well as initial public offerings (IPOs). He represents banks, wealth management companies, start-ups, investment funds and entrepreneurs at every stage of their capital transactions.

Mr Rossi regularly advises private equity funds, investors and corporations, both public and privately held, in the course of international transactions, in several fields such as information technologies (including computers and internet), real estate, distribution, the automotive industry, transportation, and fashion. Mr Rossi has also been in charge of the acquisition and sale of banks and wealth management companies.

Mr Rossi sits on the board of directors of several companies, public and private, in Switzerland, the UAE, Luxembourg as well as South Africa and is frequently sought after by the management of these corporations to advise on legal as well as strategic, financial or commercial issues. Thanks to his professional experience and his MBA, Mr Rossi has acquired a multidimensional perspective (law, business and economics) when dealing with corporate issues.

Mr Rossi also has extensive experience and knowledge as legal advisor to private clients and the setting up of family offices.
