Fabrice d’Hoine started working as a notary in 1994 and worked in four notary offices until 2017.
He has developed his ability to work as part of a team assisting private clients in both real estate and family law.
Fabrice d’Hoine then worked in a department dedicated to property leasing companies and to putting together assembly of complex property deals for institutional investors. He worked upstream with his clients on structuring projects, developing his ability to analyse property issue across the board.
Fabrice d’Hoine then worked as a department manager for a client base consisting mainly of private individuals.
A keen entrepreneur, Fabrice d’Hoine created his own notary office in Versailles in 2018 before joining Thésée Avocats Notaires in 2021 as partner.
Since 2025, he has been a partner at Bonnard Lawson’s Paris office, where he puts his skills, varied experience and solid expertise in real estate and current deeds at the service of private and institutional clients.
